Felicity Layouts

January Special--Felicity paper Kit!

Wow! Don't you just LOVE the colors not to mention the really beautiful and interesting papers! It was so much fun working with the unique shapes papers. The possibilities are endless!
Here I have used photos from a trip to St. Louis, MO a few years ago for a training seminar. I had wanted to see the Arch for a long time, but never had the chance before this trip. It was a perfect fall day! It was close to dusk but there was just enough sunlight when we arrived to make the trees shimmer and the Arch glow sparkle. It was exciting to not only be looking at the Arch, but actually touching it too!
The Arch is located in a beautiful park along the Mississippi River. There is a small lake with a perfect reflection of the Arch and trees. Right behind you is downtown St. Louis with all it's beautiful buildings! The Arch was closed for the day so we didn't get to go inside. I wasn't interested in taking the elevator/tram thing to the top, although I would have loved to see the view from up there. But I would have liked to go inside to see the see more info on the Arch and visit the gift shop.
At the north end of the park is an old street that has been preserved with it's cobblestones, ornate lights and detailed buildings. There are many restaurants and shops along this street that beckon you to stop.
I highly recommend visiting if you ever get the chance!
