Color Dare #40 - Goldrush, Sunset & Creme Brulee

This one really was a challenge for me. The colors work well together but just aren't part of my favored color palette. So this was encouragement to create out of my comfort zone!

I created this 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" top fold card for a friend's birthday. I hope she likes it! The flowers are layers of the same image in different sizes and in the colors of the Color Dare. I also added a bit of sparkle by using some accent strips of Brown Glitter Paper and Bronze Glitter Gel in the flower centers. It's not easy to see in the photo, but I also made some of the flower petals stand up a bit for some dimension.

Supplies used:
Buzz and Bumble paper kit
Cricut Artiste cartridge
Stamp Sets--Hello Blooms, 4 My Friend
Inks--Goldrush, Sunset, Creme Brulee
Brown Glitter Paper
Bronze Glitz Glitter Gel
3D Foam
White Daisy cardstock
