Color Dare #82 -- Topiary & Goldrush

Welcome to the next Color Dare! I love the color green and Topiary is one that goes with so many other colors. This week we're pairing it up with Goldrush! As usual, neutral colors are also allowed in the Color Dare and I used Cocoa!

This  standard sized, top fold card is based on a Mandy Leahy creation. As soon as I saw her card I knew I had to use it for this Color Dare! Thanks for the inspiration Mandy!

I chose the Cocoa sheet of the new Fundamental Basics Paper. This paper is wonderful! There is a solid side with a glossy tone on tone pattern. On the flip side is the same color but with a white pattern. Can't you just imagine all the uses for this versatile paper!!! For the banners I used some Bronze Glitter Trim and Honey Washi Tape on Colonial White CS. The flower is stamped in the 3 colors and popped with foam tape. A piece of Topiary Mini Chevron Ribbon and Green Bubbles complete the look!

Now it's time for you to create and join us at Color My Heart! Check us out! You'll have so much fun you'll want to join us each week!

  2. This is such a cute layout for a card! I really like how you showcased the new paper. My favorite part is the little row of epoxy bubbles at the bottom!
