Color Dare #143 ~ Black, White & Gold or Flaxen

I loved doing this week's color dare! I knew the colors of Black, White and Gold could make a stunning contras with each other! Here is what I came up with for the Color My Heart Color Dare.

The flowers are stamped in 2nd generation black ink and the spikes on the flower are 1st generation black ink. I placed Gold Shimmer Trim behind the centers that I cut out with an exacto knife. The Gold Shimmer Trim was also used for the layer under the flowers. I just lined a piece of cardstock around the outside edges. HINT: when you can't find your pack of Brown & Tan Glitter Paper even though you KNOW it's around somewhere....Gold Shimmer Trim can step in and take care of things for you! The top two layers are popped up with some 3D Foam and finally I added some Black Sparkles.  It's a quick card to make....not counting all the time I searched for my Glitter Paper.

All products are Close To My Heart:
--Blossom WOTG stamp set
--White Cards & Envelopes Value Pack
--Black cardstock and Exclusives Ink pad
--Gold Shimmer Trim
--Black & Grey Sparkles
--3D Foam

I'd love to be your consultant!
