Color Dare #167 ~ Goldrush + Chocolate & Kraft

Welcome to the Color My Heart color dare for this week! The Design Team is inspiring you with a limited palette of fall colors this week. Will it be easy or a challenge? It's up to you!

With this palette I got out my Friend Tree stamp set and my Woodgrain embossing folder then set to work designing. After I embossed a piece of chocolate cardstock I gently rubbed the chocolate ink pad over the top for some texture. On the Kraft border I stamped the stem in chocolate and the leaves in 2nd generation chocolate. After all the stamping and assembly was done I added some brown sparkles to finish it off!

  3. Love how you colored the dry embossed woodgrain--it coordinates so well with the stamped side border. Such a lovely fall card! Thanks for all the inspiration you provide as a Color Dare Design Team member!
