Crabby Card ~ Color Dare 285

With Black and White
Open through April 5th

What a fun time I had making this card for our Color My Heart color dare! It's whimsical and makes me smile. Each Friday we challenge you to create a paper craft using the color palette we give you. You must use ALL the colors (black and white are free). If you don't have the exact CTMH colors you may substitute something close but do not add any brand new colors to the palette. Check out the full details on our home page

I started with our Make It from Your Heart How-to book. All the details for cutting and placement are right there for you making it easy! The circles were cut using Thin Cuts...another very easy step! After stamping the crab I did a light wash with our Shimmer Brush for some sparkle.

All products are Close To My Heart:

If you need a consultant I'd be happy to help.

  1. Michelle, I really love this card! I love how you use the Raspberry with pops of it in the ribbon and stamping.

  2. That crab is such a cute image - and it really pops with the Raspberry colour. What a toad-ally koala-ty card! Made with love (and pinchers), for sure :)
