This is a fun card I made for a little boy I know.
It's a combination of stenciling, sponging and stamping.
I created a stencil with an image from our Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge. I used a bit of Washi Tape to hold the cardstock behind the stencil cardstock then sponged the stars and sentiment. After that I could see where I wanted to stamp the spaceship and planet. I used the journal pen to doodle around the edge. When sponging I wiped the sponge dauber across the ink pad then pounced in the openings on the stencil. You can also use our round sponge cut into 6-8 wedges for sponging. You have a bit more control of ink placement with the sponge daubers though.
