Heart 2 Heart ~ Mixed Fonts

The challenge at Heart 2 Heart intrigued me when I saw it. The challenge is to use a variety of fonts on your work.  I have one of our new stamp sets that uses mixed fonts in the sentiments so it was an easy fit for the challenge.

I also wanted to try the chevron technique I've been seeing lately. Honestly, I need some more practice with it but for a first try it's not too bad. LOL  I chose my colors based on the Every Little Thing papers but ended up using a paper from the Mix-in pack. The Mix-in papers are designed to well.....mix in with the other paper packets offered in the same catalog! Then I got busy cutting the chevron background from our Cricut Artbooking collection in each of the colors I wanted in my final design.
