Floral Card ~ Atlantic Hearts sketch Challenge 635

Need a starting point to get going on a new project? You've come to the right place! Take a look at our sketch for Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. Use the sketch any way you like. We just need to be able to see it in your project. The sketch goes live on Monday and our blog opens for entries on Wednesday.

I stayed true to the sketch for the most part. I kept the elements in the same spots but I did alter the shapes of some items.

Using the floral background created a pretty look. I then stamped some flowers to coordinate the focal items. The layer behind the flowers is a label from our new pack. The are gold edges and there is a simple gold frame, too. They are very versatile in sizes and shapes!

Before adhering the label I embossed it with another new item: Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder. I love this folder as the design only covers part of the folder. You can get a variety of look depending on how you place your paper in the folder.

The 3 flowers are popped up on foam for dimension. I added more gold touches to go with the label using the ribbon, some dots and an outer layer of gold foil cardstock. HINT: cut out the center of the gold cs since it's not going to be seen. This gives a piece to use on another project and make the most of your supplies.
