Today is my granddaughters birthday and this is the card I made to send her. I loved making this shaped card and it's so easy! Take a look.
I used the Everyday Arches die cuts for the card base. All you have to do is put the left edge (or top edge) just outside the card fold. Just snug it up to the fold and die cut! I told you it was easy!!! After that you decorate as you like.
I also die cut a layer from our new Iridescent Treat Bags. I cut off the folds of the bag then die cut one of the pieces and saved the other one for later. It adds a fun look to the card. What do you think?
After adding a flower, sentiment, butterfly and pearls the front was finished. The flower and butterfly were colored with our markers.
I die cut the smallest arch for the popsicle stick and glued it to the inside. Then I covered it with a stamped layer to finish the look.
