Happy Birthday ~ Color Dare #713

Do you need to send a birthday card?  This one goes together fast and is a fun look. Switch out the colors to suit any person, male, female or child. 

Each Friday our Design team gives you a palette of colors to create any paper craft you like. For this challenge you need to use all 3 colors shown in our graphic below. Make sure your colors are a very close match. We also give you some Free colors to use if you like. See the graphic for more info. The DSP is from our new Subtles Painted Pattern pack. It's full of the Subtles colors in a variety of dots and stripes. Full of fun and creativity!

The sentiment comes from the die set called Words & Wishes. There is a coordinating stamp set to go with it, too. I went with the bold look of black on the yellow from the color challenge to give it a pop!

The balloon is so cute in the small polka dot pattern. The white highlight is also painted in Wink of Stella for a touch of sparkle. The balloon is popped up on Dimensionals, too. A few germs and it was finished.
