It's FRIDAY and that means a new Color Dare Challenge so here you go!
The colors for this challenge can be found in the Jack paper pack. You don't need to use the Jack papers to play along but if you happen to have them it makes it easier. I did use two of the papers from Jack on my card and even though they're a bit masculine I think pairing it with the flowery image worked well. I added colors with a water brush and ink pads and used the Oval Thin Cuts to cut it out.
All products are Close To My Heart:
- Stamp Set: Scripty Thank You
- White Cards and Envelopes Value Pack
- Exclusive Inks: Juniper, Ruby, Sweet Leaf, Archival Black
- Cardstock: White Daisy
- Oval Thin Cuts
- Jack Paper Pack
- Embellishments: Black and White Dots, Whisper Thick Twine
- Tools: Thin 3D Foam Tape, Water Pen
If you need a consultant I'd be happy to help.
If you'd like to BE a consultant I can help with that, too.
Now it's your turn to create and share. Use the colors above and only those colors. But if you don't have an exact color you may substitute something close. Don't add any brand new colors to the challenge. Full details are in the post on our home page so check it out!
Have a great day!
Michelle

Michelle - I love all the details that you put into this card.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tracey!
DeleteI love those two plaids together...great masculine card. And again you do so well with your neutrals. As you saw from my Christmas Card I had a hard time pulling in the greys.
ReplyDeleteThanks, so much, Sue! I love plaids!
DeleteMichelle, I love the plaids and how you used them together! The waterbrush added a soft touch to the flowers on the sentiment, which does pair well with your plaid layers!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Susan! I love those plaids.
DeleteThose plaid backgrounds have such a masculine appeal!
ReplyDelete:)I love how you used the floral Thank you stamp and embellished it with the Whisper Twine. Fabulous card, Michelle! You just may have sold me on adding that stamp to my next order.
:) Marie
