Happiest Place Blog Hop

Welcome to our Happiest Place Blog Hop. This hop will feature products from our Happiest Place Collection. You can shop this collections for special bundles or individual items!

The hop is one big circle and the blog before mine belongs to Wendy Kessler. Click the link in each post to continue to the next blog so you get to see all the great ideas!

I wanted to do a project that went in a different direction than the obvious. The coordinating cardstock immediately caught my eye so I focused on using that part of the Happiest Place Collection.

I needed an accent color to go with the black and silver. To me Pink always looks good with black and also looks good on a flamingo. Haha. After that the card design was easy and came together quickly.

I kept with the Pink, Black and Silver look throughout the card. I love the banner as a layer for the flamingo and water.

I cut a small slit so I could slip the feet "into" the water. This way the flamingo looks like it's standing IN the water rather than walking on top of it.

Here's a close up look at the holographic nature of the paper. It's really beautiful!!!
