Cute Kid's Birthday Card

Welcome to another fun day in my craft room! I needed to make a card for our team bingo challenge with the theme of a Kid's Birthday Card. I'm really pleased with the result!

The simplicity of the design keeps things clear and easy to see how I made this card. when I first got this stamp set there were a couple of images I wan't sure about. I studied and studied them and ultimately felt they were to make a rainbow. BUT my brain kept seeing a dog in those images. I thought it would make a perfect card for this challenge and got busy.

Can you see the images I used for the dog? I used the two smaller one to make the paw print on the inside of the card. I just colored in the middle space with a marker. A Glue Dot was used to adhere the ribbon. I also scissor distressed the white cardstock layer for some fun.

See below for a list of products used.

Happiest Day

Black & Very Vanilla Ribbon
It's not as white in real life.

Other products used:
CTMH products (SU equivalent)
  • Cardstock & Ink: Mocha (Early Espresso), Candy Apple (Poppy Parade)

Thanks for dropping in. Next time you're ready to create something, take a minute and look at the images. You just might see something new and different in them.
