Dreamy Snowflakes Card ~ Color Dare Challenge #719

Each Friday we give you a new palette of colors to create with. For this challenge you must use all 3 colors shown in the graphic. We also add some Free colors to use with the challenge colors. Make sure your colors are a very close match to the ones seen in the graphic.

I'm using a design inspired by one seen made by The Crazy Stamp Lady. It's a simple design that shows off pattern paper and images well. With the release of our NEW Sept. - Dec. catalog I used the NEW Dreamy Snowflake Bundle for this card and paired it with the All Wrapped Up DSP and Dreamy Snowflake Embossing Folder.

The panel feature on the right is a pretty way to use DSP and use as an anchor spot for the focal image and sentiment. The snowflake layer is popped up on Dimensionals to add depth to the design. The embossed background carries the snowflake theme through the design.

I used strips of DSP 1" x 2-1/4". The light colored mat is 4-1/4" x 2-1/2". the dark colored mat is 4-1/2" x 2-3/4". Hope that helps if you want to give this design a try!

I had some fun on the inside of the card, too. The images in this set are just too cute not to use them here, too!
