Color Dare #51 - Desert Sand, Bamboo then choose your own color

Lagoon is one of my favorite colors, so it was a no brainer for me to choose Lagoon for this Color Dare! The Dare this week is to use Desert Sand, Bamboo and one color of your choice. This is what I created.

UPDATE: I'm honored to say one of my creations has been selected as the winner in a Color Dare! Thank you Ladies of the Color Dare! I really enjoy participating in your challenges each week!

The flower border is from the In the Background stamp set and stamped in Desert Sand ink on a Bamboo card base. There is a piece of Desert Sand cs on the right side of the card front. The flowers are from the Card Word Puzzle and stamped in Desert Sand ink on Colonial White cs. The one flower was colored with Lagoon markers. A Garden is the stamp set I found the Hello message which was the perfect size for this space! Lots of sparkles accent the tower of flowers, as I started to think of them. Sparkles are from the Blue Green and the Brown Tan packs.

Color Dare #44 - Creme Brulee & Juniper

This week for the Color Dare the colors are Creme Brulee and Juniper! I LOVE green tones! I'm sharing two cards because I just couldn't stop the creative thoughts!

The fish card was a fun idea come to life. I used markers to color the fish and added touches of Stardust Glitz Glitter Gel to both the fish and bubbles.

I think this one is my favorite! I love the softness of the flowers and butterfly. I love the texture of the embossed background. I love the touch of sparkles.  I used a water pen to add a soft tone on the focal image which was stamped in Juniper pigment ink and embossed in Clear Detail Powder
as was the message.
