You're the Bomb Blog Hop

Welcome to another special blog hop by the Stamp of the Month group! This hop is featuring a very special stamp set called You're the Bomb.

If you hopped here from Gina Brandstetter's blog you're on the right track. Just click the link at the end of my post to continue on the hop!
You'll find You're the Bomb on the back of Seasonal Expressions 1. The reason You're the Bomb is so special is because it's our Operation Smile set. When you purchase You're the Bomb, Close To My Heart will donate $3.00 to Operation Smile! Operation Smile performs facial surgeries for children all over the world. These are life-altering surgeries for the children! Be part of something very special by purchasing You're the Bomb. It's only available until March 31, 2015.

I created this layout based on a sketch I saw on Pinterest by Kim Keane. I thought it was perfect for the photo I wanted to scrap. The circles were cut with my Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge. Quick and easy! The papers are from the Brushed paper pack. I LOVE this paper pack but this layout only showcases two of the six patterns! I also used the Brushed Compliments. The Compliments are coordinating vellum stickers. I wanted them to really stand out so I put them on White Daisy cardstock and cut them out. I also curved the words to stamp along the edge of the big circle. That is one of the neat things you can do with My Acrylix stamps! Just shape the stamp when you put it on the block!
