Are you ready for a new Color Dare Challenge?
Look at the beautiful colors to create with for 2 weeks!
Open from Sept. 29 - Oct. 12
For this project I used the browns to create a soft background on my card front. The Saffron makes a nice transition from the background to the flower layer. I did a touch of ink on the flower and leaves with a water brush, too.
You may notice there are two different shades of brown on the background layers. BOTH layers are Toffee! Our cardstock now comes with a lighter version of the color on the back. The darker layer is Toffee and the top layer the lighter side.

If you need a consultant I'd be happy to help.
If you'd like to BE a consultant I can help with that, too.
What are you inspired to make using these colors? Any paper craft will do! You must use ONLY and ALL the colors. If you don't have an exact color you may substitute something close so you can still join in on the fun. But don't add any brand new colors to the palette! Full details are in the post on the Color My Heart home page. We can't wait to see what you create!
Have a great day!

Beautiful! I really like how you used both sides of the toffee cardstock.
ReplyDeleteCatherine stole my comment :) I also like the waterbrushed ink on the flower it makes it very soft.
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of this card - the double sided papers make the background so soft. Nice :)
