Color Dare #44 - Creme Brulee & Juniper

This week for the Color Dare the colors are Creme Brulee and Juniper! I LOVE green tones! I'm sharing two cards because I just couldn't stop the creative thoughts!

The fish card was a fun idea come to life. I used markers to color the fish and added touches of Stardust Glitz Glitter Gel to both the fish and bubbles.

Cardstock: White Daisy, Juniper, Creme Brulee
Ink: Black, Juniper, Creme Brulee
Markers: Juniper, Creme Brulee

I think this one is my favorite! I love the softness of the flowers and butterfly. I love the texture of the embossed background. I love the touch of sparkles.  I used a water pen to add a soft tone on the focal image which was stamped in Juniper pigment ink and embossed in Clear Detail Powder
as was the message.

  1. Both of these are fabulous, but I'm LOVING how you put a second set of bubbles behind the fish on the first card. So cute!! Thanks for joining us at Color My Heart this week!

  2. Michelle, both of these are lovely cards. I really admire your ability to "play" with the stamps to create a scene--the background bubbles with the first one, and the floral focal with second. Very creative! I really like the second card, with the tiny sentiment, and the sprinkling of bling. Thanks for linking up with Color My Heart this week--we love to see your work!
