Color Dare #208 ~ Pixie, Thistle, Juniper, Lagoon + White Daisy

Welcome to a new color dare from the Design Team at Color My Heart! We love challenging your creativity by giving you a selection of colors to get you started. After that you create any paper craft you like and link to our blog. It's fun and easy! If you don't have the exact colors just use something close and play along!

These cards were inspired by a post on Pinterest. On the top you see a piece of our new Fundamental paper in Lagoon. I also used one of our new Thin Cuts for the "hello". The fun part of this card is that you end up with TWO! You get a positive and a negative version. HINT: I used tiny dots of Liquid Glass on the back of the "hello" to adhere it to the card front.

All products are Close to My Heart:
--Thin Cut: Hello and Thanks
--Fundamentals paper: Adventure
--White Cards and Envelopes Value Pack
--Cardstock: Pixie, Thistle, Juniper
--Liquid Glass
--Bitty and Clear Sparkles

If you need a consultant I'd be happy to help!

Ok it's time for you to get your creativity going and join the fun! Details on how to join are in the sidebar of our home page. We love to see your artwork!

  1. Great cards! Love the border you did on the side and then how you used the leftover pieces to make another wonderful card.

  2. You always pull in your colors so naturally, I wasn't sure about the Juniper and Lagoon. Two more cards with great layout and simplicity.

  3. What a great card. I love the layout and the Hello Thin Cut. Fun how you end up with two cards using the negative and positive cuts.
