Color Dare 272 ~ Traditional Colors

For the month of December the Design Team at Color My Heart is challenging you to create with either Traditional colors or Non-Traditional colors.  Team A is featuring Non-Traditional colors this week while Team B is doing Traditional colors. So be sure to go to our home page to see both!

For the Traditional Color Challenge use only Reds & Greens,
White Daisy and/or your choice of one Neutral with gold and silver as options.

I love the papers in the Beary Christmas paper pack so that's where I started. Along with that the Beary Christmas - Cardmaking stamp set has this cute little Sant hat. With the matching Thin Cuts it there's no fussy cutting going on here! I sponged the card edges in Black ink and used some Clear Shimmer Brush on the hat for some sparkle.

All products are Close to My Heart:
  • Stamp Set: Beary Christmas - Cardmaking
  • Paper Pack - Beary Christmas
  • Cardstock: White Daisy
  • Exclusive Inks: Black, Cranberry
  • Embellishments: Beary Christmas Dots, Clear Shimmer Brush
  • Tools: Thin 3D Foam Tape, Sponge
If you need a consultant I'd be happy to help.
If you'd like to BE a consultant I can help with that, too.

What will YOU create using the Traditional colors of Christmas? We'd LOVE to see what you create. Use the linky on our home page to share your creation with us. There will be prizes drawn at the end of the month. Each time you share with us your name will go in the drawing!

Have fun creating!
Michelle

  2. Festive CAS card - it's a nice change from what is often seen this season with so much bling. Very cute :)

  3. What a fabulous Santa hat! You framed it very nicely between the two glitter trims. Great card!
