Butterfly Card ~ CD 317

It's Friday and that brings us a new Color Dare Challenge. Our colors are rich and pretty and over at Color My Heart we're wondering what you'll create using these colors.

We reference Close To My Heart colors BUT you can use whatever brand you have as long as the colors are a close match. You must use all three of the challenge colors but Neutral colors plus black and white are free colors to use, too.

I got busy with my Decorative Border Thin Cuts. There are SO many really fun dies in this pack!!! I purposely angled the die for the blue plaid layer just to be a bit different. The Stitched Circles Thin Cut was used for the layer behind the butterfly to make it stand out better. When finished I used my Gold Shimmer Brush on the butterfly. The second photo shows the colors a bit better on the butterfly. That was done with watercolor pencils.

If you'd like to BE a consultant I can help with that, too.

Have fun creating!
