I love this new stamp set from our July/August catalog. It has so many cute images AND you can get it with or without Thin Cuts. I LOVE the Thin Cuts as it makes cutting out images super easy...especially the small images!
I rotated the sketch so I could make a horizontal card and have more length for the focal layer. I stamped the fish and colored with our TriBlend markers is a couple of bright colors. The last step on the card front was to paint the fish with a clear shimmer and the bubbles with a mint shimmer.
