Hello and welcome to our latest Color Dare Challenge! Each Friday we give you a specific set of colors to create with. Make sure your colors are a close match. Kind of close doesn't count. Do not add any extra colors to your project. See our graphic for the fine print.
Make any paper craft you like. When you're ready to join our challenge click here.
I was inspired by Tammy C. Wilson's card and decided to create my version of it for this challenge. I love how it turned out plus it was easy to make!
The flowers were colored with markers and the die cuts and embossing folder added some nice texture. I kept the background a tone on tone. I scissor distressed the edges of the embossed layer so they stood apart a little bit more.
See below for the products used on this card.
Spotlight on Nature Bundle These are my favorite stamps and dies! |
Countryside Corners Dies I love these dies for all kinds of reasons. On this card I used one of the smaller ones for the sentiment. |
So Swirly Embossing Folder I love the look of all the swirls. It can enhance so many different projects! |
- Cardstock: Basic White, Pretty Peacock
- Ink: Pretty Peacock
- Stampin' Blends: Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sea Foam
- Flat-Backed Adhesive Pearls
SO pretty! Such a great stamp set & those circle die cuts are the best!
