Welcome to our newest Color Dare Challenge. Each Friday we give you a new set of colors to create any paper craft you like. You must use at least 3 of the colors shown in the graphic. See the graphic for more info on colors. When you're ready to join our challenge click here.
I wanted to try this technique of paper piecing and this was the perfect time. I used the die to cut the flowers. I cut it out in each of the 4 colors. The white is the base and I used the pieces from the other cuts to fill in the spaces on the white layer. I'll be honest, working with the tiny pieces was a bit challenging but seeing the finished product I think it was worth it.
You don't have to paper piece with this set like I did. You can also stamp then layer the cut out piece over other colors of cardstock or use the die cut as a stencil, or any other way you can think of. There are also some great sentiments to fit around a corner! Between the dies and stamp images the possibilities are endless!
