The September Stamp of the Month is called Poster Tidings. There are only two stamps in the set but there is tons of potential! You can cut the lines apart and use just parts of the images for all kinds of things! I'm sure you'll end up with lots of ideas as you go through the hop.
I decided to use one of the images whole. To add some color I used the direct to paper technique. Using Crystal Blue, Blush and Slate ink pads, I did a smear of ink across my white cardstock. I mostly used the edge of the pad to keep it like a streak. In Twilight ink I stamped the image on top of the ink streaks. That's it! Very quick and easy. We have some really great new M size stamps and that's what you see above and below the STOM image. Using our scalloped circle punch on white cardstock, I then stamped Single Snowflake in Slate and colored portions with markers. I cut the circle in half so I had a piece for above and below the image. A couple of strips of silver glitter paper and a few sparkles later it was done! Oh wait.... the background is paper from our Frosted paper kit!
Take a look at both images in this set and let your creativity start working on ideas! You can only get this stamp set Sept. 1-30. Click here to see how you can get it for only $5!
Now it's time to hop on over to Jen Patrick's blog and see what creative idea she has to share!
Happy Hopping!
