Welcome to our July Stamp of the Month Blog Hop featuring Storybook Alphabet. This hop is one big circle so you can hop on and off at any point. If you've come from Melissa Robinson's blog you're on the right track. Just keep clicking on the links in each post to continue on the hop.
An obvious use of this stamp set is to scrapbook but I wanted to show you it also works for cards. I didn't even have to take any of the stamp off the carrier sheet! I just inked up the images by patting the ink pad onto the stamps then placing the cardstock on top. I gently rubbed the cardstock to make sure images were imprinted onto the cardstock. Next I used markers to color the "H" and "I" and left the other letters uncolored. A bit of layering with papers and a couple of embellishments and my card was finished!

Clever idea. I have not tried inking the stamps while on the carrier sheet. I will have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.
