Color Dare #113 - Glacier, Canary, Cranberry

Sometimes when I sit down to create a project I have an idea what I want to make but end up with something totally different. This is one of those times! It pays to keep an open mind when creating. I also paired up my project with the Color My Heart Color Dare.

The tire tracks are 2nd generation ink in black. A journaling pen was used to make the lines around the edge of the card and canary cs. I used a Golden Yellow Shinhan marker to color the background around the 8. I also added a couple black epoxy bubbles on the tires and popped up the race car with 3D Foam.

-Fast and Furious stamp set
-Ink: Cranberry, Black
-CS: Glacier, White Daisy, Canary
-Journaling Pen
-Shinhan Marker: Golden Yellow
-Black Epoxy Bubbles
-3D Foam

You can shop anytime....day or night!

A Color Dare is a great way to get yourself going on a project. The colors are already chosen for you and you get to put them to work! If you don't have the exact colors just use something close. Neutral colors are always allowed, too. A new dare goes live Friday morning and you have until Thursday at 9:00pm (CDT) to link your creation to the Color Dare. Have a great day!

  1. Michelle, what a great idea for the color combination! I was also stumped when I saw it, but your interpretation is wonderful. Love that red sports car on that awesome card :-D
