I got out my Springtime Wishes stamp set and the matching Springtime Wishes Thin Cuts and got to work! I used the pattern paper for the flowers. A photo at the bottom of the line shows the subtle details of the flowers. A fun way to make your card a bit different is to cut off about 3/4" of the right side of the card. Then adhere a patterned paper to the inside on the right. When the card is closed it looks "regular" but when you open it you discover the patterned paper is actually on the inside of the card!

What a pretty card! Love the shimmer trim down the side of the card and those enamel gems are a great touch.
ReplyDeleteI love it with the coral shimmer trim! I love the way you trimmed the card to have the pattern on the inside show.
ReplyDeleteMichelle, this is such a pretty card and I love the way you layered the flower over the edge and it appears that the border from the inside also shows on the outside...very clever.

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet card, Michelle! I love that strip of accent paper inside your card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Michelle. I especially love the shimmer trim border and the thin, coordinating Sorbet mat. Beautiful combination!
