Color Dare #229 ~ Raspberry, Pansy with White, Black and Silver

Welcome to a new Color My Heart color dare! This week we have some bright colors for you to create with. Have fun and be sure to share what you create because we LOVE to see your artwork!

I really like a card on page 30 of the new Seasonal Expression Book. It's simple yet eye catching. This is my version of that card.

The flowers were stamped in 1st and 2nd generation inks. I also used a journal pen to do some outlining. The diagonal pieces in the background made from 2 strips of Some Kinda Wonderful paper and the Pansy is ribbon from the Adventure Ribbon pac. I used Liquid Glass to adhere the sentiment layer to the glitter paper as I have found that works best to kept it in place. The butterfly is aThin Cut image.

  2. I love this diagonally pieced card layout! Your butterfly and rose embellishments are just the perfect accents. Thanks for inspiring me yet again!
