Joyful Stars Blog Hop ~ July

Welcome to the July blog hop with the Joyful Stars group! If you've come from
Marie Flayer's blog then you're on the right path. Just keep clicking on the links to
go to the next blog.

For this hop I decided to make a card with motion. It's called a Peek-a-Boo Card and is SO much fun!  It might seem a bit confusing at first but there is a great video on You Tube that is a really good tutorial with dimensions, too! Click here for the video by Dawn's Stamping Thoughts.

In the video Dawn says you need to use two 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of cardstock. Since I only have
12" x 12" cardstock I used that and only needed one sheet. As you open the card, part of the cardstock slides on top of the image to reveal a new image. I followed her directions and came up with a really fun card! Give it a try because it's so much fun!

Hint: I used the Carmine marker to color the clear sparkle so it matched the color theme. I also used a touch of watercolor pencil and a water brush to go over the shadow areas of the bear.
