Color Dare 298

(Black and White are free colors)
Open through July 5, 2018

These are such pretty colors together and made me think of flowers. Naturally I went to our Cricut Flower Market to pick something out! I love how this turned out!

The base cardstock is the light side of Linen and it's a softer look than White Daisy seen on the journal layer. The rocks along the bottom were hand cut and sponged for some shadows using the darker side of the Linen cardstock. For the flowers and leaves I used both sides of the Blossom and New England Ivy cardstock.  I love the look that gives the project. The lighter part of the flowers has Clear Shimmer Brush on it for some sparkle. Some doodling around the edge finished it off.

  1. Love your beautiful layout. We had these white lilies all along the driveway and front of our house while growing up, and the air was full of this light fragrance.

  2. Beautiful layout, Michelle! I love the flowers and how you used both sides of the cardstock to get depth! I need to dust off my Cricut now.

    1. Thanks, Susan. I don't use my Cricut often enough either. But we can keep trying, right!
