Make any paper craft you like and use the link on our home page to share with the other players.
We're also partnering with Double Trouble for this challenge. Things 1, 2 and 3 each have something in mind for this challenge. Thing 1 wants you to use stripes (not plaid) somewhere on your project. If your stripes are Black & White you'll get an extra chance in their drawing. Things 2 & 3 also have ideas so be sure to check it out!
For my card I did some fun techniques to create detail and fun. I started with some dry embossed stripes on the white layer. I used my paper trimmer and an embossing tool to create the lines by running the tool down the cutting track. I also dry embossed the black layer with an embossing folder. The circles were die cut and flowers colored with markers. The sentiment was brushed with a shimmer brush for some color and sparkle.

Like the way you accented the sentiment!
ReplyDeleteLike how you created your stripes with embossing lines on the background and the other embossed black strip which goes with the circle stitched die for your focal point. Very pretty and again thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble.
