My card was inspired by Jen Rubio (JenRubio.us). I loved the sponged background for the flowers as another example of how to add color without coloring! I did change the colors of my card to go with the ones in the Tic Tac Toe grid. I used the top row: Raspberry, Lagoon and Ballerina.
The sponged area was made with a stencil I made with Thin Cut dies. I kept the part you usually toss and used it to sponge the colors. After that I stamped the bouquet and added some Stickles to the flower center, along the edge and by the ribbon knot.
By the way, this stamp set is called Cherishing Her and is our February Stamp of the Month. If you're not familiar with our Stamp of the Month program it works like this. We have one exclusive stamp set for the month and you can only get it the month it's featured. You can also get the stamp set at a discount with a qualifying order! Full details are on my website.
