Die Cut Card Simplicity ~ Color Dare #495

Welcome to our latest Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge! Each Friday we host a new challenge that runs for 2 weeks.  Make any paper craft you like using the directions in the grid below. Don't add any extra colors. When you're ready to join the challenge use the link in the post on our home page. 

For my ONE color I decided to use Lagoon. It's one of my favorites and I knew it would pair well with Black and White. I decided to use one of our new Thin Cut Dies (see below) with the pop of color in the background. 

As you can see, the leaves are partially cut with the use of the die. I added some Thin Foam Tape to pop up the leaves a bit. I love the dimension it gives to the design.

The cardstock I used is Black, White and Lagoon. The Exclusives Inks colors are Intense Black and Lagoon.

Here's a close-up of the leaves. I put a dot of Silver Stickles at the base of each leaf. You can also see the White Gel Pen dots I added to the heart.
