Ornament Card ~ Color Dare #518

For this card I used the Color Dare Challenge and did a Christmas card. I love using non-traditional colors at the Holidays. So take a look. What do you think?

I got out an older set of Thin Cut Dies (still available --link is below) and some Glitter Paper, because well.... it's a Christmas card! We have many colors of glitter paper so I used the colors from our challenge: Dessert Rose and Gold. The ornament base is Rosemary Cardstock. I also used White Daisy and Melon cardstock on the card.

I stamped some branches at the top from The Merriest Season stamp set and a sentiment from Christmas Story - Cardmaking. The inside sentiment is from the October Stamp of the Month: Blessings of the First Noel.

The ornament is popped up on some Thin Foam Tape and the Melon Ribbon is attached with a Glue Dot. The final touch was to add a few drops of Coral Pearls and a couple Gold Glitter Gems.
