Autumn Card

I absolutely love how this card turned out! It was inspired by Glenda Mollet and I just had to create a version for myself.  Thank you for the inspiration, Glenda!

Starting with the plaid embossing folder (LOVE IT) I added the pattern paper to create the card front. The leaves were die cut, ink applied with a blending brush then painted with metallic enamel for a pretty sheen (very hard to see in the photo but it's there).

I did the leaves first and set them aside to dry while I put together the other parts of the card. It doesn't take long to dry. I just love the richness of these colors!

You can kind of see the sheen on parts of the leaves. The leaves were completely painted with the metallic enamel with a paint brush. Be sure to clean your brush as soon as you're finished.

This is how the one die fits with the embossing folder. This way you can cut and emboss at the same time! Plus you have other embossed leaves you can fussy cut to make the most of it!

When you buy the Changing Leaves Hybrid Embossing Folder you get the die seen above and the embossing folder seen below. They can be sued together or separately to create all kind of beautiful projects. There is also a coordinating stamp set, too!

These patterns and colors are SO beautiful! With the monochromatic flip side you can go so many different ways with this pack!

I hope you like this card and want to create one of your own! Have fun and keep on crafting!
