Pretty Florals Card ~ Color Dare #658

Welcome to our latest Color Dare Challenge. For this challenge you need to use the color Gray with TWO colors of your choice. See our graphic below for the fine print.

Make any paper craft you like. When you're ready to join our challenge use the direct link below the graphic.

I created a fancy fold style card by using the arch dies to make the card base. To do this just place the die over the folded edge of your cardstock. When you are done die cutting you have the shape of the die as a card base. I used another die from the set for the background layers of the card.

I chose pink and yellow as my + two colors. What a fun pop of color it brings to the design. The flower heads are popped up on foam to give some dimension. I added some bee trinkets for fun and adding a touch of gold.

For the inside of the card I used another piece of DSP for the background. I had a couple flower left so the inside of the card was just the place for them. I kept them flat to the card since they are on the inside and I didn't want to create any bulk.

  3. What a pretty floral in your arch frame... very pretty card. I did a search on what two colors go with gray and it came back with yellow and pink, so you must have done the same search lol.
