Here is s sweet look for you to re-create. It's simple but has a lot of detail for your eyes to roam over.
Using paper from the Painter Pear Suite pick out 3 different patters, cut them to about 5-1/2" x 3/4". Tear about a 1/2" off each end. Place them in the middle of the card front making sure the ends are uneven.
Use a circle die of some kind. I used the Spotlight on Nature dies. Die cut a circle in a coordinating color to back the focal image. Pop it up on Stampin' Dimensional foam.
For the pear I wanted both a yellow and green look to it. I first inked in Darling Duckling then rolled the edge on the Old Olive ink pad. Finally, I stamped the image. This is called Stamp Rolling or Rock and Roll. I adhered the die cut pear to the circle and added a die cut stem at the top.
As an accent I used the Metallic Textured Rub-Ons to add some interest. All you have to do is cut out the section you want to use, peel off the backing and place it where you want the design. For my card I just tucked it under the circle a bit. Once in place rub all over the design a few time with your fingers, bone folder or a flat object. Gently peel off the paper to see your pretty design!
