Well I ended up on a roll when I sat down to use our new Artisan Sketched Garden DSP! This paper is SO incredibly fun to use and the ideas just keep coming!
The first card is actually the third one I made but it's my favorite so I wanted to show it off right away! The other two are really nice, too. All 3 have a little something different to offer.
What I like most about this card is when I thought to add some pink to the DSP papers. I used the Barely Blush Blend to color every other stripe and randomly color the dots. How fun is that?!! On all the cards the flowers were colored with Blends. Barely Blush for the flowers and Soft Sea Foam on the leaves. I also blended the Soft Sea Foam behind the flowers for a subtle background.
On two of the cards I used black twine and one got a little boy of ribbon. Rhinestones can be found on all three cards. I love the sparkle it gives to the design.
The flowers are all popped up with Dimensionals. On this first card I also tucked an extra flower underneath on the right to make it a bit fuller look and give depth.
All the flowers were fussy cut from a sheet of the DSP. There are so many more ideas and colors to explore I can't wait to share more with you!
It's hard to photo but all flowers were painted with the new Barely Blush Shimmer Brush. These new In Color Shimmer Brushes are amazing and will be used often!
I hope you enjoyed seeing these cards. The Artisan Sketched Garden DSP is MUST HAVE in my opinion! The versatility is endless!
