Have you ever made an Easel Card? It's quite easy and it's a fun way to display the card! let's take a look.
My Easel Card starts with the Balloon Festoon Bundle for the card front. Some fun and decorative balloons on the front give a hint that it's a celebration. The die cut balloons are a quick way to get the party started!
Do you notice the fold line half way down the card front? That's an important detail to create the easel.
Another important detail is the popped up layer on the inside of the card. It's kept towards the bottom and is usually only an inch or two wide. This is what the bottom of the card front sits against to create the easel. Fun, right?!!
This is what it looks like with the card all the way open. Plenty of room for a message and some more decorations.
All in all it's a really fun way to make a regular top fold card into something a little more special! I hope you give it a try soon!
