You're the G.O.A.T ~ March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

 Welcome to our March Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! Each month we feature the Stamp of the Month in our artwork and this month it's a really fun set called: You're the G.O.A.T.

I love all the images in this set and I know you will, too! I finally decided to use the crab and pair it with a paper from our new Cake Day pack. I love that our paper packs have themed patterns and generic patterns making them very versatile. 

I used a pattern from our How-to Book called Make It from Your Heart Volume 5: Pattern 29. Our How-to books make it easy! You get the pattern, cutting guide and samples to help you get started. 

Using colors from the paper (Wild Berry, Green Apple and Glacier) I got busy creating. The circles were cut with our Thin Cut Circles. I cut the Glacier circle in half for a shadow effect. I also inked the edges of the white circle to help it stand out a bit more. The rest is just a matter of layers. I did pop up the circle layer with some Thin 3D Foam tape. Then a little Wild Berry Ribbon and Sequins with some dots of Golden Rod Stickles and it was done!

Sweet Little Thing Card ~ January Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to our first hop of 2022! On the first of each month our group of talented Makers hosts a hop showing you ways to use the Stamp of the Month. You will love all the wonderful ideas!

Our Stamp of the Month for January is S2201 Sweet Little Things. That name is SO appropriate for this stamp set!!! There are so many cute images it was hard to decide where to start. I decided to go with the cute little mouse to show how even the little images can be the star! So he didn't get lost on the card front I highlighted it with a die cut circle in the wood grain paper. To add more texture to the look I also embossed the wood grain paper. I used a water brush over the pencil to blend the colors a bit. A little bitty Sparkle for the flower adds a nice touch. 

One thing I used that is different is the Black Ore paper. It had a sheen to it that adds a nice look without being bold.

Owl Love You ~ December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Our new Color of the Year, Wildberry, is gorgeous and pairs well with so many of our other colors. Here you see it paired with Sapphire. I stamped in black and accented the owl with Sapphire Shimmer Brush. I also used it along the bottom behind the heart die cut. Adding a few tone on tone accents and a ribbon knot finished the card.

Encouragement Card ~ November Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

I decided to go with a clean and simple design for my card. The pretty plaid paper is a nice background for the sentiment layer. The hanging light bulbs look cute hanging from the glitter paper. I added more touches of gold with a shimmer brush and gems. 

The sentiment was stamped on a die cut and the edges sponged with ink to make it stand out from the plaid paper. This was a quick and easy card to put together!
