August 2016 Stamp of the Month Blog Hop ~ Purr-fect Halloween

I kept my design simple and used markers to color the image. It's hard to tell in the photo but the sequin in the upper right was gold but I colored it purple with a Shin Han marker. There is also a Bitty Sparkle in the center.
