October 2013 Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

Welcome to the October Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! If you came from Jen Rubio's blog you're on the right path! Just keep clicking the links to continue on the Hop.

The October Stamp of the Month features the stamp set, Scandinavian Wishes. This set is full of warm and fuzzy type images! With this set I chose to use the colors of Smokey Plum and Ponderosa Pine, along with White Daisy and Silver Glitter paper.

Notice the streaking effect on the image? Instead of inking the image by tapping the ink pad on the stamp, I pulled the stamp pad across the image. This creates the streaking and makes it look a bit like a wood texture.

Here is what the entire set looks like. Beautiful!  It's only available Oct. 1-31, 2013!

Ok, now it's time to hop on over and see what Helen Onulak has to share! Thanks for hopping by! Enjoy the rest of the great ideas!

Happy Stamping!
