Color Dare #146 ~ Glacier, Barn Red, Juniper + Cocoa & Colonial White

Whoo hoo! It's Friday! Ready for a color dare from Color My Heart
Of course you are! Here we go......

The colors are from the Jackson paper pack in the Seasonal Expressions 2 book. I saw a post on Pinterest that inspired me to make this card. I couldn't find the name of the person that created this design, but thank you whoever you are!

The background was stamped with Barn Red 2nd generation. You want a soft look so keep the ink on the lighter end of the scale. I stamped the flower twice on one of the pattern papers from the paper pack and cut it out. The second flower I cut out just a few of the petals and the center to layer on top of the first flower.  The stem and leaves were stamped directly on the cardstock. The message is from the Cricut Artfully Sent Collection. Some sparkles for the flower center and by a leaf and it's done!

To layer the petals I used adhesive at the center end and 3D Foam at the tip. That gives it a more 3D look with just part of the petals popped. The center is also popped with 3D Foam.
