I LOVE these colors! This layout is one of my favorites. The softness of the on the layout make a pretty background for the photo. The papers are from the Documented paper pack and Beautiful Friendship. I made the circles with our Thin Cuts, stamped a bit and added some embellishments to finish it off. Easy Peasy! Oh...in the second photo you can see the spatters I added with the gold Shimmer Brush by tapping in against my finger. I did some with Bashful too by using ink from the stamp pad lid and a water brush.

I'm always a little uncomfortable to do the brush splattering, I'll take out the stamp blots instead...but you make it sound so easy. Another lovely layout.
