I wanted to show you and idea for card with this stamp set. I couldn't decide which of the tag images I wanted to use.....so I used them all! The card design was inspired by a card from Lisa Graham. I tweaked the colors and papers for my project and love the way they turned out! The coloring was done with our TriBlend Markers which make it easy for blending colors since you have 3 shades of the color in one marker. I used our Thin Cut Stitched Rectangles Dies to get the black and striped layers. The tags were cut with our coordinating Tags and Tabs Thin Cut Dies. Using Thin Cuts makes it so easy and eliminates fussy cutting!

To get the best results with the TriBlend markers I started with the lightest color first. Next I added some shadow to give some dimension in either the medium or dark shade. After that I went over it again with the light shade. This last step gives a nice blend to the colors. These markers are great AND it's like getting 3 markers in one! The sparkle you see in the close-up photos is from a Clear Shimmer Brush. I love how it adds that sparkly sheen to whatever you paint it on!

As I mentioned Garden Tags is our June Stamp of the Month. This means it's only available from June 1-30. You can even get it for a big discount with a qualifying order! Click here to see the details.

June Stamp of the Month: Garden Tags
Tags and Tabs Thin Cut Dies

I just finished this layout and decide to add it to this post. I kind of dreamed it up as I was falling asleep the other night. I wanted a soft and gentle look to the layout. I random stamped a tag from the stamp set and filled in some of the space with the single flower. I only colored part of the images using a water brush and ink lifted from the lid of the stamp pad. It was easy to do but did take a bit of time. I added some Gold Glitter Gems for a tiny bit of sparkle and kept the bow white for the journal tag. I cut the journal tags with the Thin Cuts if both colors then offset them as layers.
