Wavy Card ~ Color Dare #449

 It's Friday! One of the reasons to cheer is that Friday means a brand new Color Dare Challenge! This week we want you to use purple + 2 colors of choice. Black and White are free to use but don't count as part of the 2 color choices.

We reference Close To My Heart colors but you can use any brand you have as long as you can make a very close match. Kind of close doesn't count. Make any paper craft you like. When you're ready to join the challenge use the link in the post on our home page.

I went out of my usual creative zone on this one! I love the Fancy Borders Thin Cut dies and came up with a different way to use then for this color challenge. I think there is so much versatility with the different borders you can make with this set! I cut strips of cardstock with this border then layer them on the card front to see what looked best. My colors are Grape, Nectarine and Lagoon. Once I found what I liked I glued the pieces down. 

I made a balloon accent and added some flower sequins. I love to put a bit of Pearls in the center of the flowers, too.
