Color Wheel Card ~ Color Dare #461

Welcome to another Color Wheel Challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare. This challenge is about Double Complimentary Colors. As you can see in the graphic below, you pick your colors so it makes a rectangle on the wheel. Your colors are the ones at the corners of the rectangle.

We reference Close To My Heart colors but you can use any brand you have as long as you can make a very close match.  Kind of close doesn't count. Make any paper craft you like. When you're ready to join the challenge use the link in the post on our home page to link up your project.

For my colors I made a rectangle with the colors in #4: Wild Berry (red-violet), Papaya (red-orange), Avocado (yellow-green) and Capri (blue-green). I would never have thought to put these 4 colors together, but with the help of the color wheel I see how well they do go together!

I used two of our new stamp sets that I feel are must have sets! they are both so practical and can work for any occasion! The pattern set can also be the star of the show!

The colors create a fun background for the embellishments I added to the card. I kept with the Wild Berry color as my main color using the other 3 colors as accents.

Pick 4 colors from the Color Wheel so they form a rectangle.
There are really only six Double Complementary Rectangle combinations that you can form. You must use the four corner colors of the rectangle
   1. Using the rectangle example above you would use these colors: orange, yellow, blue, and violet.
OR
You can choose one of the five other Double Complementary Rectangle combinations below:
   2.  yellow-orange, yellow-green, blue-violet, red-violet
   3.  yellow, green, violet, red
   4.  yellow-green, blue-green, red-violet, red-orange
   5.  green, blue, red, orange
   6.  blue-green, blue-violet, red-orange, yellow-orange

You must use all and only the four colors for your selection of Rectangle 1-6 on your project... and black, white and all neutrals are free. Tell us what Rectangle number you used.
