I've been seeing this Split Circle design all over lately and decided it was time to give it a try myself. I can now say I am addicted to this design!!! It's easy and fun plus you can do so many different things with it!
You start with circles cut with dies or on a Cricut. My circles are 2 1/2", 2", and 1 1/2". You need 1 full circle of each size for the cards below.
Cut the circles in half. Now you layer the half circles on each other lining up the edge on the right for one set and the left for the other set of half circles.
With your layered half circles all set you now have a choice to make. The top card has the half circles offset creating a swirl. The bottom card has the half circles lined up to mail a circle but the layers are offset.
Layer a sentiment strip over the seam and add an accent at the right end. I also used some clear sparkles for fun.
